Comfortable exercise clothes, such as sweatpants, T shirt, sneakers, bring water, mat, and a towel. Please note sneakers are not allowed on main exercise mats.
Please be aware of your own personal hygiene. Deodorant and clean clothes are necessary and very much appreciated by your classmates and coaches. If you perspire a lot and easily then you should definitely bring a towel and your mat.
