    At Monroe Twp Boot Camp we believe life’s too short to be stressed out, out of shape, and uninspired. Think of us as your “Friendly Drill Sergeants”. Our Adults Over 30 programs are for all fitness levels, and body types. All of our programming has modifications and phases built in to help someone who is just starting out on their fitness journey make this into a lifestyle change. All the way up to someone who’s already working out that wants to take their fitness to the next level.

    Make Appointment

    Book your intro to meet with one of our coaches to help you build out your fitness goal mapping plan.

    Fitness Goal Mapping plan

    During your Fitness Goal mapping appointment you will meet with one of our coaches and start building out your fitness plan.  After this meeting, you will have clear objectives and tangible steps you can start implementing immediately. 

    Choose Your Own Mission

    After we help educate, motivate, and build out your program, we will help you choose which path you would like to take.  Whether that’s our Group Fitness Boot Camp, 1:1 Private Personal Training, or our award winning 63 Day Transformation Program.  The best part is you get to decide your fitness journey! And you can always change it up anytime.
