We encourage you to push forward when you’re tired and let’s be honest, we’re all tired at some point! Whether you start your day with our 6am Boot Camp or you pack your workout gear to join us after work, you are going to have days where you feel rundown.  When we’re left to our own devices we give in to the voices telling us we’re too tired to work out.

Monroe Twp Boot Camp is a 45 minutes functional fitness boot camp program modeled after the core values of the US military.  We build camaraderie and a family atmosphere through team-based workout that ensure success by holding you accountable to something bigger that yourself.

KICKBOXING

Monroe Twp Boot Camp offers the best Kickboxing workouts in Monroe.  Our classes are very challenging and designed to elevate your heart rate and maintain elevation for a cardio intensive full body workout.

Kickboxing is a modern martial art and combat sport that includes kicks and punches with core-strengthening exercises that help tone and lean your body.  You’ll begin with a light warm-up to increase the blood flow to your muscles and prepare your body to perform moderate to high-intensity movements.  The warm-up is followed by a series of interval striking combinations and calisthenics, and the workout always involve lots of abdominals to help reduce belly fat.

Your arms are toned by consistently throwing punches.  Your legs are toned by landing kicks and knees.  Your abs are constantly engaged by the twisting motion needed to execute the combinations.  Our Kickboxing classes are designed to make you burn 700 to 1200 calories. 

It’s a great way to lose weight , get toned, and relieve stress while learning self-defense.
